The range of communal rooms offers a choice of location inside the house if someone wishes to be quiet or separate from any other activities taking place. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, each being personalised to the occupants own taste and each has a wash hand basin. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a separate WC.
Tynedale Terrace is a mature end terrace property with a large garden to the front of the house and a small yard area to the back of the house. Internally, the house has a kitchen and dining area, a sitting room and a bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, each being personalised to the occupants own taste and each has a wash hand basin.
Due to the layout of the properties, there are no accessible rooms at South View or Tynedale Terrace for people with mobility issues.
Annfield Plain is a small village in County Durham situated between the towns of Stanley and Consett. Both properties are close to the front street and local amenities. There are regular buses to Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham.
